Shipping Policy

Ensuring the timely delivery of your order is a top priority. Caio Wear currently ships from the United States and offers domestic and international shipping to select countries.
A. Shipping Cost and Tax
- Domestic U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $10.
- Free express shipping is available on domestic U.S. orders over $75.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- International orders may qualify for free shipping when the applicable threshold is shown at checkout.
- Taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout, when applicable.
- We do not charge any membership fees.
- All prices and figures are listed in USD unless another currency is selected at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, import fees, carrier charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
B. Time for Transit, Handling, and Order Cutoff in the United States
- Handling time is typically 1 business day, Monday through Friday.
- Domestic transit time is typically 2 to 3 business days after shipment, Monday through Friday.
- Order cut-off time is 4:00 p.m. Central Time.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed the next business day.
C. Delivery Terms
We use FedEx and/or other available carriers for domestic and international shipments.
Domestic orders may ship using FedEx One Rate or another available shipping service. International orders may ship using FedEx International Express or another available international carrier service.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other events outside our control.
D. Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit.
If you need to update the delivery address for your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order by emailing caio@caiowear.com or calling/texting +1 832-884-1223.
We will do our best to accommodate address change requests whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Caio Wear is not responsible if we do not receive your message in time, are unable to process the change before shipment, or if the package is delivered to the address originally provided at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
E. Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed by more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will help review the tracking status.
Carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery time.
F. Reshipping, Canceled Orders, and Shipping Recovery Fee
If an order must be reshipped due to an issue not caused by Caio Wear, including an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to pick up the package, or a similar issue, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Reshipping fees are:
- $10 for domestic U.S. orders
- $25 for international orders
This amount must be paid before the order is reshipped.
If an order is returned to us because of an issue not caused by Caio Wear and the customer chooses not to reship, the original shipping cost and/or a shipping recovery fee may be deducted from any store credit issued.
A shipping recovery fee may also apply in certain cases, including repeated returns, multiple size exchanges, orders that require multiple outbound shipments, or orders that received free shipping.
Shipping recovery fees are intended to help offset shipping, handling, packaging, and processing costs.
G. Multiple Addresses
We do not ship a single order to multiple addresses.
Please place separate orders for items that need to be shipped to different addresses.
H. Tracking an Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
You can use the tracking information provided to follow the status of your shipment.
