By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from Caio Wear, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, our Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on this website.

All prices are listed in USD unless another currency is selected at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, unusually repetitive, placed with incorrect information, or placed in violation of our policies.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed or shipped.
5. Shipping
Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and available shipping methods are shown at checkout and are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Domestic U.S. orders may qualify for flat-rate shipping or free shipping based on the current offer shown at checkout.
International shipping rates, taxes, duties, customs fees, import fees, carrier charges, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other events outside our control.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered fulfillment, shipped, or been processed for dispatch.
After this window, orders cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation within this 2-hour window, please email caio@caiowear.com immediately with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests submitted within this timeframe. However, we are not responsible if we do not receive your message in time or are unable to process the cancellation before the order enters fulfillment or ships.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it may no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy.
We accept eligible returns for store credit only and eligible size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method unless required by applicable law.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, and free of damage, stains, odors, washing, alteration, or signs of wear.
Customers are responsible for all return-related costs, including return shipping, shipping fees, taxes, duties, customs fees, import fees, carrier charges, and any other charges associated with the return.
A shipping recovery fee may apply in certain cases, including repeated returns, multiple size exchanges, orders that require multiple outbound shipments, or orders that received free shipping.
Shipping recovery fees are intended to help offset shipping, handling, packaging, and processing costs.
Shipping recovery fees do not apply when the return or exchange is due to an error by Caio Wear, such as an incorrect item shipped, or a confirmed defective item.
8. Final Sale and Clearance Items
Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or store credit.
Please review all product descriptions, sizing details, and sale terms carefully before purchasing these items.
9. Account and Contact Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.
You agree to promptly update your account, billing, shipping, and contact information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, product names, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, layout, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Caio Wear and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, sold, or used without prior written permission.
